Missisquoi Valley School District is seeking qualified companies to provide us with a bid for six new unit ventilators at Missisquoi Valley Union High School, 175 Thunderbird Drive, Swanton Vt, 05488. Contractor shall provide us with a quote for a complete install. Quotes should include demolition of the six current unit ventilators, providing and installing new unit ventilators, balancing the new units and subcontracting with our controls vendor to complete the install.
Upon awarding the contract the contractor will need to work with the Missisquoi Valley Union H.S. Facilities Director to develop a timeline for install. Contractor shall be responsible for the project to completion including any sub contractor work that is necessary. Qualified contractors must provide proof of adequate insurance.
Interested parties shall attend the building walk through on Wednesday 4/24/2024 at 10am. Interested parties must pre-register by Monday 4/22/2024 by emailing [email protected]. Bids are due by noon 5/1/2024. Any questions pertaining to this RFP will be answered at the walk through.
Missisquoi Valley School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid in what appears to be in the best interest for the School District.
